4. Payment Terms
All fares are calculated based on distance, time, and service type. Users agree to pay all charges incurred through their account, including any applicable taxes and fees. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the ride.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 15 minutes before scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 15 minutes may incur a fee. No-shows will be charged the full fare. Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cruiz is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the specific ride in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for all vehicles and drivers.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes through our website and app.
